Went to the dealership for a minor recall on a 1999 silverado. After fixing the minor issues service department told me I needed 1500.00 more in other repairs. I got suspicious and took the truck to silverado. After fixing the minor issues service department told me I needed 1500.00 more in other repairs. I got suspicious and took the truck to my normal mechanic and the repairs I need were only about 350.00. He informed me that they were going to replace parts that did not need replacing. Another visit I went to sell a vehicle that was part of an estate settlement. Their offer was so low that it made pawn shop offers seem excellent. I was considering buying a new vehicle and maybe using the estate vehicle as a trade in but not after that offer. More

I won't go into the lengths that Tyler and the crew at Gateway took to make sure I was completely satisfied, but to sum it up------FIRST CLASS----- I would recommend anyone with car problems to take it to Gateway Chevrolet. I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 30 years and I hope I show the same level of service to my customers as the people at Gateway.
