Poor customer service We had been trying to get and appt for service (check engine lite) and then we were going to get an oil change. for over a week. So this afternoon i w We had been trying to get and appt for service (check engine lite) and then we were going to get an oil change. for over a week. So this afternoon i went in just to get the oil change, We had a appt to get the check engine lite checked on Monday morning. I asked the "check in" guy for the quick lube specifically if the oil change would be covered under the warranty because i knew were close to the limit and he said yes. When it came time to pay the bill I was told we were 200 miles over the warranty and that i would have to pay the FULL price for the oil change. I spoke to the Service Manager "Dan" who said with a shrug - cant do nothing about it. So i paid the bill and left. I will be sure that anyone that will listen will hear about the service at "GATEWAY IN FARGO" - I was mislead too and then the so called MGR dos not try to resolve the situation at all. Edit: I was to mad to notice till this morning that the service guys got into the car without paper on the floor and anything covering the seats - So now the carpet floor mats are all marked up with grease and so are the seats. This has been one big mess. More
