I didn't enjoy the negotiating. I told the sales rep multiple times where I needed my payment to be and kept having to repeat that and they eventually came down to where I was comfortable. I don't understand if that's where it could've been, why wasn't that offered right away? I get that the dealership needs to make money, but for what you're going to turn around and sell my trade in for, still making quite a bit... I gave up a lot of options of what my previous vehicle had and didn't get all the options I wanted in my vehicle. I was told it had Bluetooth and found out that the option was deleted AFTER the Papers where signed. Also was told it had satellite radio and also didn't have that... More

Everything was explained very well and Ryan was super patient with me and all my questions, even when we came in right at the end of the day! I was able to get a high quality vehicle for well under my budget and am thrilled with how everything has worked out; I feel like the staff not only wanted to sell me a car, but they also wanted to sell me the right car for me. Great Service! I went to gateway for my first maintenance, and I wanted a noise from the exhaust fixed. They did the alignment, noise fix, oil change, etc. for free I went to gateway for my first maintenance, and I wanted a noise from the exhaust fixed. They did the alignment, noise fix, oil change, etc. for free because it was under warranty, and even had a tech drive with me just to make sure everything was good. Granted, I am not leaving the review because I got free service; I was impress with with the way I was treated as a customer. Michael was my service advisor and he is a very honest/polite person (much respect there). I will definitely continue buying chevys from now on. I appreciate it! More
