She listened to our needs and what vehicle we thought we wanted but then proposed we look at a diffferent vechicle which was a better fit for our needs. Her knowledge of the vehicles and availability was impressive. The sale process was smooth and all involved were efficient and friendly. The only snag in the process was that it seemed to take an excessive amount of time to prepare the vehicle to take home.
