The service manager and representatives took time to hear me out and read through issue notes to come up with actions that made me felt very comfortable. My residence was 2 hours away round trip from dealership and they understood having the importance of a vehicle and put me on a courtesy car as appropriate and fit me in to appointment schedule. The support and care provided is not just to resolve auto issues but to actually make me feel comfortable throughout the process and to provide best customer service that will make you come back if you ever need your auto checked or repaired without thinking twice. Told the sales man I would buy a new truck that day if they put my current truck on a lift and told me what was wrong with it (has a clunk in front left wheel). Sales man said “what ever it takes to get the sale”. So I thought they were looking at my truck while I was signing paper work and a check for the truck. Bought the truck and asked what they found on my old one, they said they drove it around the parking lot and I should be fine. Same thing happened when we bought our suburban asked for certain tires got the wrong tires, asked for it to be detailed inside and out, only got the inside (it was used and just needed some scratches buffed out but did t get it along with the tire we wanted) with the suburban nobody would talk to me after the sale. When you guys ask for something you get it from me, when I ask for something I never get it. When I buy my wife’s Escalade and my corvette I WILL NOT USE GATEWAY. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AGAIN AND I WILL EXPRESS MY FEELINGS TO EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT ASKES ABOUT MY SHINNY NEW TRUCK. I don’t ask for much and you guys never do anything I ask. You only remind me that I should never sign anything till I get what I ask for. More
