I had such a positive experience today with Lexus. She not only set me up for service but she went above and beyond by taking good care of my vehicle while it was in for service. I've had a couple of sub not only set me up for service but she went above and beyond by taking good care of my vehicle while it was in for service. I've had a couple of sub-par experiences where my vehicle was unfortunately damaged while in for repair (both situations taken care of). She was very friendly and positive and I could tell she was willing to listen. I just wanted to say Thank You to Lexus. Thank you again for going above and beyond! More
