I had the pleasure of being assisted with buying my new Nissan Kicks (2025) on Thursday, November 14, 2024. I stopped in with my 2012 Nissan Juke with the title in hand and went into the dealership parkin Nissan Kicks (2025) on Thursday, November 14, 2024. I stopped in with my 2012 Nissan Juke with the title in hand and went into the dealership parking lot and parked my Juke. I proceeded to investigate the new Kicks they had parked in their lot. A salesman arrived as usual :). That is how I met Alan Drewes. I spent the whole afternoon with him getting to know him and my new vehicle. He took me for a very nice long ride on the freeway and in around town to show me how it handled, and the smooth ride (compared to my Juke) is luxury. Alan was wonderful, he listened to me talk about everything. Sometimes we had to wait for another person to do their part in the purchase/trade-in and he even asked what I liked to do and looked at some of my pictures on my phone of my rock gardens. I have bought brand new vehicles since 1993 (Pontiac GrandAm) was my first one. I haven't had a new one for 12 years which is strange but both vehicles I own are no longer available for purchase. So, I waited because I loved them. Alan has been the best salesman to help me with a purchase in forever. He explained everything as he went and when the paperwork was all through, he brought me outside to put me in the driver's seat and showed me further how to use different things and help set up my iPhone and help select what I wanted to have on the dashboard. All new to me. I ended up driving home in the dark which I didn't want to do when driving a new car for the first time, after all I had a two-hour drive home but everything went fine and I "Enjoyed the ride". So, thank you Alan for your hospitality and guidance. Everyone else in the different departments that handled their side of the purchase were as easily to deal with also. I have serviced my Juke here for 11 years and am very familiar with their service department. Because of that quality and friendly service brought to purchase my new Kicks. So happy with it.
