We thought the delivery process was well organized and efficient. We were given a lot of opportunities to learn about our new vehicle and were free to choose the amount of orientation that we needed. This has been the BEST experience in buying a new vehicle! Tim is AWESOME as well as finance dept. All horror stories about finance office are untrue here. If we were to buy another car I'd come bac vehicle! Tim is AWESOME as well as finance dept. All horror stories about finance office are untrue here. If we were to buy another car I'd come back to this place most definitely. We did have to wait for our new 2022 Tucson hybrid but it was well worth it. Tim kept contact with me the whole time. I'm extremely impressed with the guys at Gateway Hyundai in fargo. We were so excited to pick up our new Tucson hybrid we forgot our checkbook at home! Lol but it all worked out in the end. More
