Not doing the 90k Toyota maintenance at 86k miles sucks as I had to eat $350 two days later when it should’ve been done during inspection. There’s no way the inspection missed 2 nails in 2 different tires or the inspection wasn’t even done. Air filter was covered in dirt, grime, leaves, etc. (only $30 or something like that to replace). Battery is shot and would’ve been seen on inspection as well (going to get a new one today). All said and done it was just a 30k vehicle but figured a few items would’ve been sorted out or an inspection done. The entire team (salesman and finance manager) I worked with were awesome and I’d give them 10 stars if I could. But having to eat $350+tires+fluids for diffs and TC+ air filter+battery 3 days after purchasing a 32k vehicle is fairly astounding from a dealer.
