With the GM buyback on the 2020 lemon truck that we had bought new Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo stepped up bigger than ever with their fantastic service personnel, Dan Dardis and Brady Walth, who spent signi bought new Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo stepped up bigger than ever with their fantastic service personnel, Dan Dardis and Brady Walth, who spent significant time working on the many issues we faced with the 2020 truck. Then the sales team at Gateway Chevrolet stepped up bigger than ever to aid in beginning the step toward rebuilding my satisfaction with GM by getting me into a brand new 2024 model. Took a bit longer than it should of I think. At one point, I waited quite a awhile and was told, "someone just popped back in from earlier" Well then they go to the back of the line. And set t At one point, I waited quite a awhile and was told, "someone just popped back in from earlier" Well then they go to the back of the line. And set the whole thing up to look at 2 specific trucks, was asked to confirm my appt. several times, which I did. Then show up and neither were there. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the truck I wanted to get back. Everyone was very nice and helpful though, over all great experience. More
