CLARK is a very good salesman that cares about his customers, he went out of his way to make sure that my car was fixed properly and had to return several times for it to be fixed properly, also Cody customers, he went out of his way to make sure that my car was fixed properly and had to return several times for it to be fixed properly, also Cody also was very caring and went above and beyond to help,I would strongly recommend Gateway for anyone needing a vehicle and definitely Clark as their salesman. When we went into Stas's office to actually purchase the car, fees were added on - protection plus and anti theft and we didn't want either. After complaining, he did remove the anti theft, but they would car, fees were added on - protection plus and anti theft and we didn't want either. After complaining, he did remove the anti theft, but they would not remove the Protection Plus which is $495 for only 1 year and doesn't cover much. When I said we didn't want that, he said they HAVE to put it on. I have purchased many cars and this has always been optional. Just purchased a car for my daughter at another dealer and they didn't charge us anything extra and also let us do our own licensing and title. Gateway Nissan wouldn't let us and charged $299 extra for that also. Felt like they scammed us and forced fees on us we didn't want. More
