Great price, good service. I always take my cars to Gates for full synthetic oil changes. The price is very competitive. The quality of work is always good. This time around, I waited about 55 minutes which is a bit long for an oil change. As I was waiting, I watched the technicians through the window and noticed a lot of dead time. I bet if they put their mind to it, they could easily improve processes and get the wait time down to 30-35 minutes. If they improve customer wait time, they could easily be the best place in town for an oil change! Everything else about this place is good. More

Quick Service I brought in my Chevy Equinox for an oil change. It was handled quickly and professionally. The only issue I have is that I had received a $20 coupon I brought in my Chevy Equinox for an oil change. It was handled quickly and professionally. The only issue I have is that I had received a $20 coupon from Chevy on my next oil change. I was told that the coupon could not be redeemed at this location. Why Not? Is it a Chevy dealership/service center or not? More
