Great price, good service. I always take my cars to Gates for full synthetic oil changes. The price is very competitive. The quality of work is always good. This time around, I waited about 55 minutes which is a bit long for an oil change. As I was waiting, I watched the technicians through the window and noticed a lot of dead time. I bet if they put their mind to it, they could easily improve processes and get the wait time down to 30-35 minutes. If they improve customer wait time, they could easily be the best place in town for an oil change! Everything else about this place is good. More

The waiting area did not have anything for disinfecting (i.e. clorox wipes) and everything looked "status quo". I was also surprised by the lack of signage/communication about health & safety protocols - was my car sanitized after the technician exited it? If not, that is fine - I just would have liked to have known. Things are different in our community as we navigate COVID - it sure didn't look like it at Gates of Granger. More

Quick Service I brought in my Chevy Equinox for an oil change. It was handled quickly and professionally. The only issue I have is that I had received a $20 coupon I brought in my Chevy Equinox for an oil change. It was handled quickly and professionally.
