Oil Change. I took our new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Van for a oil change, as we've done all of our previous vehicles. Within driving less than 30mi, my entire dash I took our new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Van for a oil change, as we've done all of our previous vehicles. Within driving less than 30mi, my entire dash lit up with alarms. It seems that the Tech DID NOT tighten up the valves! AND I lost ALOT of the oil!! Although they corrected the problem when I promptly returned, it's very discerning. More

Ford Escape purchase Chris who helped us was knowledgeable and helped us. Andy was terrific and explained things to us. DISAPPOINTED in the fact we were promised Ziebart a Chris who helped us was knowledgeable and helped us. Andy was terrific and explained things to us. DISAPPOINTED in the fact we were promised Ziebart and told they would call us with an appointment to bring the vehicle in when we purchased the vehicle on the 22nd but have heard nothing yet from Chris. We were also promised car washes but never received the coupons for it. We had a minor problem when we first bought the Escape so it stayed overnight to get a new battery put in it, but we had to call to find out when we could get our vehicle. More
