Best Experience For the second time in 16 years, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Gates Chevrolet. Our first SUV a Trailblazer was in our family for 16 years For the second time in 16 years, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Gates Chevrolet. Our first SUV a Trailblazer was in our family for 16 years and I did NOT want to give her up. THEN a sale came out at Gates and my husband went to have a look. We thought we should be ready if our TB was on it's last leg. He went to look and met Andrew Claeys. Since the car would be mine Andrew drove the car twenty miles to my house so I could have a look at it. We went back with him and drove home that evening. A 2013 Toyota Highlander was in our garage and my precious TB left behind after 16 years of great service. Andrew walked us through the entire day and made every effort to meet our needs. We cannot say enough about Gates. For their service, for their honesty. Oh BTW I bought my Trailblazer from my son Matthew 16 years ago, when he, too, loved working at Gates. He is now a CFO at a company in California. I like to think as a young man, he learned how to treat clients while working at Gates. More
