Disappointed in lack of quality check with repairing my vehicle from its collision. Had to return my vehicle four times for multiple issues that were not caught upon “final inspection” by the team or manag vehicle from its collision. Had to return my vehicle four times for multiple issues that were not caught upon “final inspection” by the team or manager. Upon “final” pick up, my passenger side door was completely broken and inoperable. It was not broken when I brought the vehicle in and should have never been an issue upon return. While eventually all repairs were taken care, being so the out my vehicle for 35 days, having to go through multiple rental car and insurance issues, we were not impressed with the overall service provided by Gates of Granger. More
