I like the service writers and all the work I’ve had done is solid. I feel like I’m not being jerked around and lied to and I believe your mechanics are top notch from my experiences. License plate lights were out. I have been going to Gates Toyota service for years. I know car repairs are expensive but I was shocked to see that the two bulbs needing replaced wer I have been going to Gates Toyota service for years. I know car repairs are expensive but I was shocked to see that the two bulbs needing replaced were $2.04 and labor was $27!!!
