Tammy I brought my sienna in to have the breaks looked at. Gates service team identified that the prior place who installed my break pads, had incorrectly i I brought my sienna in to have the breaks looked at. Gates service team identified that the prior place who installed my break pads, had incorrectly installed the break pads causing major damage to the rotors. Gates took pictures and provided those to me. Gates service team advised me to take it back to the place that incorrectly installed the breaks. I did and it was so helpful to have the pictures and written statement on the invoice from Gates to show the evidence to Sears, without that they wouldn’t have given me the time of day!
