First Time at Gates Nissan Service Center I recently took my new Nissan Murano in to Gates Service Center and was amazed at the great service! I did not buy my Murano from Gates but they treat I recently took my new Nissan Murano in to Gates Service Center and was amazed at the great service! I did not buy my Murano from Gates but they treated me as if I had. I have only been in this area for a few years and previously had a Mazda CX7 and a Nissan Pathfinder that was purchased in Tennessee. This service center is the best by far that I have seen and I have been to several over the years. More
Maxima tires and service We just had 4 new tires put on our 2012 Maxima and the 100,000 mile service. We were able to purchase the tires through Gates for a great deal buy 3 a We just had 4 new tires put on our 2012 Maxima and the 100,000 mile service. We were able to purchase the tires through Gates for a great deal buy 3 and 1 dollar for the fourth. As usual Gates done an outstanding job with our vehicle and when service was complete the vehicle was returned washed and much cleaner than when it was brought in. Due to the length of the Service Bill had a Murano waiting on us so we could take care of business at Hamburg and around town. Great group of people to work with that always puts the customer first. Helpful and timely I had to bring my Altima in for regular service and a couple of small recalls. Above and Beyond Service I recently had to have a new transmission put in my new Altima. Although I was frustrated that the transmission went out so quickly the staff and Gate I recently had to have a new transmission put in my new Altima. Although I was frustrated that the transmission went out so quickly the staff and Gates Nissan went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Everything was covered under warrant and Kathy even made it a point to call me to check on me the next day after picking up my car as she knew I was having some issues trusting the car. Kathy and Pamela were excellent. So very caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend Gates Nissan to Everyone! More
