Scott was very helpful in my purchase of my new Nissan Altima SV. Other dealerships tried to get me to look at a SL or other version, even when I specifically said I wanted the SV. Scott had the car in Altima SV. Other dealerships tried to get me to look at a SL or other version, even when I specifically said I wanted the SV. Scott had the car in front of the dealership when I got there & made sure I knew all about the features before I left. He also went out of his way to bring new valve stem covers to me at my work, because 2 of mine were missing. Scott also pulled around a different kind of Nissan (but a color I was looking at in the Altima) just to make sure that I wanted the Black, or if I should wait on the other color to arrive. I was VERY pleased with my experience at Gates Nissan. More

We have given Gates of Richmond this rating because after the first experience we had with them(salesman that is no longer there).
