I visited Gates Nissan on 7/5/13 in search of a used Corolla. They had a 2009 Corolla LE that I ended up with and absolutely love. When we arrived we told him my basic needs and what we were interested in and he got things started and set up with Josh for the rest of the sales process. At Gates Nissan they are more concerned with setting you up with the right car for your needs and family than with making money and are highly professional and caring individuals. Josh was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and had great attention to detail. He went out of his way to make it the best experience possible. Nick helped swing the deal and even threw in a set of tires and a tank of gas to make everything perfect. The price was very reasonable and the financing they were able to provide really sealed the deal. I feel the all the employees are wonderful but Nick and Josh just made everything so much smoother for me. More

The Gates Nissan experience was fantastic. Scott was great to work with and made what can easily be a very long and drawn out process, relatively quick and not so daunting. All of the staff members were great to work with and made what can easily be a very long and drawn out process, relatively quick and not so daunting. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and seemed very customer oriented. The pricing was fantastic! Gates, by far had the most reasonable price of any dealer within approx. 150miles. Plus, there was no haggle or the typical 'run a round' one would typically expect when negotiating a deal. I highly recommend Gates Nissan to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

I called the service department at 9 AM on the day of my service and Kathy was able to book me at the requested time. I had an appointment in the area earlier than requested appointment time, the timing wor service and Kathy was able to book me at the requested time. I appreciated that they were able to book the appointment and that the wait time was reasonable. I thank Gates for the service and the fact they clean your car before you leave. Good job.
