Managed to limp in on a failing transmission after 178,000 miles on our 2007 Murano, dealt with the service team, got the straight scoop, spoke with the sales team and ultimately drove out that evening with a 2016 Murano. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and received a very fair deal. Some places might have taken advantage of our situation as we had left SC and Hurricane Matthew behind that morning and still had 5 1/2 hours to drive to home. The Gates Team treated us really well and we were back on the road is reasonably short order. We only wish they were closer so we could come back for all our service needs. More

DISHONEST!!!!! I chatted with Ronnie Leets of Gates Nissan about purchasing a car I found online. I let him know up front that this car was the one and only car on t I chatted with Ronnie Leets of Gates Nissan about purchasing a car I found online. I let him know up front that this car was the one and only car on their lot that I was interested in. He was running my credit and then asked me to stop by so that they could "verify my identity". I was told by their finance manager, Frank, who mysteriously wasn't able to tell me if I was able to get financing for this car, but he would be able to "get me into something". I let them know up front that I am a nurse who works 11+ hours a day Mon-Fri, and didn't have the time to be jerked around. I leave work to go there and the car I was interested in, a 2015 Nissan Versa Note, was already sold. It took more than 3 employees to tell me this. This was yesterday, Thursday 7/21/16, and today the car is still for sale on their website. How hard would it have been for them to be honest with me up front, so that nobody had their time wasted, and just tell me that the car I wanted was already sold ??? I texted with him on my way there, and when I arrived suddenly he wasn't available, his finance manager, Frank wasn't available, nobody was available. So I go out onto the lot to find this car so that I can start looking it over and it was nowhere to be found. Nobody would admit to me that this car was already sold, even with me telling them that I can't find it in their rather small lot. Finally someone admitted that the car had sold that morning, and I turned right around and walked out. I will never go back and do business with these dishonest people. Be warned of the good ole bait and switch folks, it seems to be their specialty. More
