It was quick, I got out of there in under 3 hours with a new to me car. They were very patient and kind during the whole process and helped me find something that worked for me. A lot of the cars I wanted t new to me car. They were very patient and kind during the whole process and helped me find something that worked for me. A lot of the cars I wanted to look at were not there that were listed online (which kind of sucks-but they said they had hail damage and were out for that) So I would recommend them. Also its a smaller dealership so you arent overwhelmed More

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. I've owned 7 Nissans from gates and I'M DONE. They will make some kind of excuse why they can't fix your vehical or tell you there is nothing wrong w I've owned 7 Nissans from gates and I'M DONE. They will make some kind of excuse why they can't fix your vehical or tell you there is nothing wrong with it.l everytime. Happened multiple times now with several different vehicals. Last week took new Frontier in for 1st service. Seat has rocked back and forth since I brought it home. Thought I would just get it fixed during first service. They changed oil and pulled it back in the bay and said nothing was wrong. I said they didn't drive it then because the seat rocks everytime you take off and stop. Sat there for close to another hour. Never saw the truck leave and they said someone else looked at it and nothing was wrong. Guess I'll just drive this piece of xxxx with the seat rocking back and forth. 6,000 miles on it. I guess they come standard with rocking chairs now. I could go on and on about this service department, but how about I take my business elsewhere from now on. DONT USE GATES FORD, NISSAN, TOYOTA AND ON AND ON. Find a dealer that Steve gates dosent own. Buyer beware. More
