Kathy and Pamela pointed out to us that she would need to pay attention to the rear brakes because they were begining to wear thin. Looking out for their customers is important to Gates and it shows in their employees. More
GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE KYLE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE NISSAN PRODUCT LINE. I CAME TO LOOK AT ROGUES BUT SEEMED A LITTLE SMALL FOR A ROAD TRIP CAR. HE SUGGESTED A PATHFIN KYLE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE NISSAN PRODUCT LINE. I CAME TO LOOK AT ROGUES BUT SEEMED A LITTLE SMALL FOR A ROAD TRIP CAR. HE SUGGESTED A PATHFINDER THAT HAD JUST CAME AVAILABLE AND AFTER A ROAD TEST I LOVED IT. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS GETTING THE CAR FOR MY WIFE WHO HAD JUST HAD SURGERY AND COULDN'T BUY IT WITHOUT HER SEEING IT. THEY LET ME DRIVE IT HOME TO SHOW HER AND IT WAS A DONE DEAL. KYLE TOOK THE TIME TO SIT IN THE VEHICLE AND GO OVER ALL OF THE ELECTRONICS AND AIDED IN THE LINKING OF MY PHONE TO THE CAR. MY SON HAD ALREADY BOUGHT TWO VEHICLES FROM GATES AND THAT'S HOW I ENDED UP HERE AFTER VIEWING INVENTORY ONLINE AND SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH AMANDA.
