The whole experience We just purchased a used 2017 Nissan Sentra for our daughter for her 18th birthday. It is our 3rd purchase at Gates Auto family. The whole experience was very pleasant. The price of the car was very competitive. But what sets them above the competition is their professionalism and personal touch. They went above and beyond to make our daughter’s special day extra special. Our primary sales person, Mathew Ballard, took it upon himself to decorate the car with balloons and a huge bow. There was also a birthday card signed by all employees. It was a great experience overall. Also a shoutout to sales managers Nick, Ali and all the sales&service people that were part of this experience. They’re all great guys with great attitudes at Gates Nissan. We can’t thank you enough.
