After having my vehicle at a different Nissan dealership for several weeks waiting to talk with the Service Manager about an expensive transmission replacement, I gave up and gave Gates Nissan a blind call for several weeks waiting to talk with the Service Manager about an expensive transmission replacement, I gave up and gave Gates Nissan a blind call and a real live person answered pleasantly. I asked to speak with the service Manager. The Service Manager, Kathy Smith, answered within seconds and she listened patiently to my situation. She was surprised at the quote I had received from the other dealership and said that it would probably be quite a bit less. She scheduled an appointment that day and the entire job was done within two days. After the replacement was completed, I had a few questions for the service tech who performed the work. He was very competent and knowledgeable about transmissions in general and about the problem mine was having. This was the best experience I've at any car dealership in the last 40 years. I highly recommend Gates Nissan to anyone needing service or repairs done and I never make online reviews. This is my first. More

We have never owned a Nissan. We weren’t even looking for a Nissan after wrecking our SUV. We drove around some other car lots but we were never approached. The salesman (Dwight O’Neil) greeted us and asked a Nissan after wrecking our SUV. We drove around some other car lots but we were never approached. The salesman (Dwight O’Neil) greeted us and asked what we were looking for in a vehicle. We told him what we wanted and were afraid it wouldn’t be within the price range we wanted to spend. He told us he had some that he could show us. We looked at them, even test drove one and ended up buying one the next day. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out the answer. Everyone on staff was so friendly..
