A very satisfactory experience After having bought my 2020 Altima just 6 or so weeks ago, I had a relatively minor technical issue ( 3 small orange lites blinking on the dash bo After having bought my 2020 Altima just 6 or so weeks ago, I had a relatively minor technical issue ( 3 small orange lites blinking on the dash board area from time to time),and I wanted to have the situation checked out. The ICC distance sensor was checked out and the car was test driven several times. Everything in order and apparently ok. I was impressed by the fact that the mechanic involved ( Brian) personally talked with me about the situation when I picked up the car to leave. Service Manager Kathy was very pleasant and helpful to work with in scheduling the appointment and in managing my visit once I arrived at the service department. This was my first purchase from a Gates Dealership. I look forward to bringing the car in for the regular service calls over the years ahead. More
