I went to Gates Nissan after experiencing a less than favorable interaction at another Nissan dealership. Mr. Russell Glover met me in the parking lot and was courteous and professional. Gates Nissan did not have the car I wanted on their lot, but it was available at the previous dealership, where I had first looked for a car. This dealership decided to do a swap of vehicles after identifying a car on Gates' lot that they wanted. However, they refused to complete the swap as they originally discussed after learning I was the customer. Mr. Glover and the sales manager offered me another vehicle (at the same price), but with more features than the vehicle I wanted. I thought that was admirable, but I was sold on the color of the model that I originally chose. The sales manager sent me home that evening with the model car and the assurance that he would have the exact car I wanted the next day. He delivered on his promise. Mr. Glover came in on his day off to complete the sale. I left loving my new car and feeling a familial tie with Mr. Glover and the sales manager. More
