He sent me a personal email, not an automatic response. He worked to get me a good price on the vehicle I wanted. He came in on his day off to do business with me after I had to cancel an earlier appointment. He had the vehicle ready for test drive when I arrived. Overall, Scott Witt knows what customer service should be like and works to make it a reality for his customers. Never had a better experience at a car dealership. More
i stopped bby one day to look at a car i saw in an add. he came right out to me and asked if i needed any assistance. i saw the car liked it but was out of my price range. he took my cell phone number and he came right out to me and asked if i needed any assistance. i saw the car liked it but was out of my price range. he took my cell phone number and called me a few days later right after recieving a 99 nissan altima that was in my price range and did every thing he could to hold the car so i could swing by after work and look at it. when i arrived at the dealership he came right out and pulled the car right away. he let me test drive it and i fell in love with the car. it was just right for me. i was glad he was able to let me be the only one to test drive it. i got the car for what i could afford and was happy to tell many of my friends to go to gates nissan and ask for scott as their sales rep. I appreciated the fact I was not hassled the moment I arrived in the sales lot. I was given ample time to look around on my own. After I'd driven the vehicle home, I realized I had the wrong one.
