I drove onto the lot one rainy day in November . . . just looking. My husband had been trying to convince me to trade in my perfectly good 3+ year old vehicle. I got out of the car with an umbrella and looked at the only Tucson on the lot. I decided that if a salesman was interested enough to come out in the rain, I would seriously consider purchasing a vehicle. Here comes Drew, walking out in the rain to see if he could help a lone female, car shopping. He was courteous, NOT pushy or condescending! I came back 3 days later with my husband to get his opinion. I never felt pushed or pressured. The Tucson on the lot sold while we were making the deal but the employees located a vehicle with the options and color we wanted and immediately sent someone to pick it up. I could have gotten the vehicle that afternoon but waited until the next day to pick it up. The car was full of gas and ready to go when I drove onto the lot the next day. I have never purchased a vehicle as quickly and painlessly as I did at this dealership. Drew, Jamie and Matt were all extremely courteous and helpful during the process. Any other employees we came in contact with, were equally courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this dealership! More

Brian was very kind and professional. I has spoke with him on the telephone before making the trip to Richmond from London. When I got there he had my new Tuscon sitting in the front waiting for me.
