We had a great experience with Gates Hyundai in Richmond, Kentucky. I tried to get a yellow Veloster in Kansas City for 8 weeks before callig and putting a deposit down on the car at Gates. We drove 650 miles from KC and the car was waiting for us. Brian Veloster was terrific to work with, as was the sales manager and finance manager. Overall it was a really smooth transaction and we had our new car and were ready to head back to Kansas in about an hour and a half. A very good experience for us. Even my husband thought so and he usually doesn't deal well with car salesman. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting t buy a car. More

So we combined a trip to see friends in Lexington with a trip to Richmond. Our experience with Dennis and the other staff members at Gates Hyundai was very positive. While they presented all options (which is their job), they were never pushy or overbearing. And, as it turned out, their financing offer beat what our credit union had pre-approved us for.
