At first I contacted this dealer with an through internet. Brian McMahon responded with a phone call. This was the first of two calls. At no time was I pressured yet everything I requested was responded to. Weather interfered with my first appointment to test drive. When I was able to get there on a Sunday, I was able to test drive a few models. Brian and the finance office worked with me and I finally was able to purchase the vehicle I had chosen at a price that was fair and responsive to my requests. After the agreement, all papers requiring signature were explained to me, When the papers were "signed and sealed", Brian gassed up the car, gave it a final cleaning and spent time with me programming the bluetooth and satellite radio, assuring that I was comfortable with these features.
