Pleasant from beginning to end I recently bought my first car (2018 Elantra) here at Gates and I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience. I negotiated the price over the internet for a month or so, and ended up getting a fantastic deal. We simply drove out from Lexington, picked the one, test drove it and filled out the paperwork. They honored the quoted price on the internet (so thankfully no bickering on the OTR price). Everything was honest and upfront, unlike other dealers we have bought from in the past. Penny VanDierendonck was amazing and Scott Boggess was also very friendly and welcoming. Will buy again and send other customers to Gates! More
