Zach took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained the pros of both vehicles, what safety features were with both, engine, gas mileage, and the bells and whistles. We test drove both vehicles and Zach explained about the service department (which was closed), and talked about the outstanding services provided at the dealership. He listened to what we were looking for. We ultimately decided on the Sonata and we are more than satisfied with the vehicle, but more importantly, satisfied with the treatment we received while we were at Gates Hyundai. The staff treated us with respect, took the time to review everything with us, even though it was very late. We could not have asked for better treatment.
