I know nothing about buying from the New Sales, but I can tell you that Bill Henderson and Les lied to me and my wife. Please read carefully before going there to buy through their bankruptcy program! We were sold a 2022 Nissan Rogue FWD for 28,000 after everything. Was told that those vehicles were 40,000+ new, first lie…. Second lie, the payment was very high from the start but we were told that after a year that the payment would come down by at least 200.00! Well folks a year is up and I’m still paying the same amount as every month goes by Les tells me we have to wait another month before he can see if he can refinance this vehicle. The market isn’t good for this vehicle, which isn’t our fault at all! No we are at least 12,000 upside down in this vehicle after a year and the payment is still the same. I would give these guys 0 stars if it would let me! “Buyers Beware” I took time to warn you, that’s all I will say!!! More

Worked with several Honda dealerships in Central Kentucky to find a new Civic. Called Gates Honda and talked with Ariq Skinner, who was more than willing to help out. He quickly got back with me on a price t to find a new Civic. Called Gates Honda and talked with Ariq Skinner, who was more than willing to help out. He quickly got back with me on a price that was hundreds less than other dealerships. We live over an hour away, all paperwork was prepared and ready to go when we got there with no surprises. I have bought 2 new vehicles there and happy with the staff and service as well, I own 3 new Hondas, the last I purchased was a 26 Civic Hybrid, I did ok on the deal, the only issue I had was being told staff and service as well, I own 3 new Hondas, the last I purchased was a 26 Civic Hybrid, I did ok on the deal, the only issue I had was being told that I was getting the best deal that they have ever given there....I've bought over 20 new vehicles and wasn't born yesterday and don't really like being treated like I don't have a clue More

I tried out all three Honda Dealerships in Centrak Kentucky. Gates was without a doubt the superior experience. Purchasing was a hazzle-free & efficient process. Chris House wss excellent.
