Gates GMC Nissan responded

We try to inform customers of any damage we notice on vehicles when we notice them. If the damage is ever caused by us at the dealership, our employees know to bring it to our attention. We would rather let the customer know what happened and set a plan into action to repair vehicle. We have on a very small occasion had to do this. We would like to extend to you a goodwill gesture to hire a company, Dent Wizard to see if they are able to remove the dents. They are normally in the area of the dealership on Tuesdays.
