Only issue I’ve had was them never calling me back. They were going to work up a quote for a new/rebuilt transmission on my Cadillac. That was back in February, never called me. Brought my 2019 Titan XD for some warranty work. Coolant overflow tank. I had stored my 2017 Jeep soft top windows in the fold flat rear seats. Someone there decided to take all the metal parts I had in t overflow tank. I had stored my 2017 Jeep soft top windows in the fold flat rear seats. Someone there decided to take all the metal parts I had in the truck bed and toss them on the plastic windows and now they are trashed. Be careful what you leave in your vehicle there. The person "Jim" who contacted me this morning said there was no manager available for any of the times I would be able to come in and show them. I guess the managers work the same hours as I. If they want to see them now they can come look in my trash. I'll replace them from a non Gates dealer. Since 2009 I've purchased eight brand new vehicles with the last three coming from Gates dealerships. My next in February will come from somewhere else. More

I scheduled an appointment online after not being able to get through on the phone, he called me and was confused with what I was scheduling. I need my rear brakes replaced and I need them to fix my horn which they messed up last time they gave me an oil change. The incompetence is running rampant at this location. Years of going here mean nothing to them. Run in the other direction. More
