We are sorry for your experience. We did speak with you in regards to this. We asked if you could bring the soft top in so we could look at items with you. But, you mentioned you threw out the items so we could not inspect them. It's difficult for us to replace something without having a chance to view them.

Bunch of hooewy Tomas. You mucked up my windows and initial contact person was zero help. You were not available when I tried to call no matter how much you tell me you were there. I asked for your insurance info to file a claim and your response was “it’ll just be denied”. And then you tried to make it my fault after telling me you saw the tapes of your employee doing exactly what I stated. You’re dealership is in the wrong this time and I’m paying the price.

The vender that we are required to use does not transpose the information fully at times to the dealership computer as we would like and in some cases we need to call the customer to go over the items to make sure the appointment goes as the customer wishes.
