Jimmie Patterson was very helpful to me as I was looking for my next truck. He responded quickly on the website messenger system and set me up with a test drive the next evening. The truck was the 2018 GMC for my next truck. He responded quickly on the website messenger system and set me up with a test drive the next evening. The truck was the 2018 GMC Sierra Denali 2500hd silver color. The vehicle was sitting outside when I arrived and I took it for a test drive and was pleased with it. Jimmie and the Gates team took care of all the paperwork and RMV paperwork needed for a Massachusetts registration. They even accommodated me by delivering the truck up to the Chicopee RMV where i met them, so that I wouldn't have to make a 3rd trip to the dealership in Connecticut.
