Point taken.. I agree with many of the issues you had with your service, i also agree with your views and Brian O'Keefe... my concern is that we were semi-unable to make good on this tragic deal from the start.. when i got your review i took the time to email my staff with a long review of this but in a nut shell i said to them.. Bottom line is if at any point Us. Gates salesmen ever feel like a deal is going sideways or is becoming a little out of control its OK to say to the customer ... "Mr. Customer im lossing focus.. or "Mr. Customer i cant do that for you" ... but never ever.. passify the person and leave a mess for another person to fix or clean up... its A) wrong B) gives a bad impression of the whole dealership and C) make the customer more mad, becuase not only did the "DEAL" not go as the person thought is should but there feeling were hurt or insulted during the whole process... So bottom line is as late as this is ... I get it and i will ensure you this is a learning situation for us ans i will do my best for it not to happen again.. I respect the fact that you will not be servicing with us but in the event you do think you would like to give us another shot please contact myself i will introduce you to are service team and will ensure you get top notch service as we are normally known for ... sorry for this Denny Gates .. sorry about spelling errors cant spell very good and no spell check on this message box.. The whole thing that made us angry the most is how no one at the dealership acknowledges any of my phone calls or emails, other than Brian. I have been trying to get answers about cancelling my 2 insurances from Nick Truax; he won't answer my emails nor return my calls. Erika started working on this for me; I mean started. Then I heard she is no longer working at Gates. Nick should be acknowledging my emails to inform me the status of these cancellations, but he is not. Not sure I'm going to proceed, but if I don't get a valid response from Nick, I'll take this to my attorney to work on. I've never wasted so much time on a car deal in my life, and I've purchased many cars. I cannot believe a business would allow such a chain of errors. I manage many people in my job and I would never allow customers to be hanging in the lurch like this.

Never heard from either one of them...just another one of many lies.Also, I have to say that I don't feel that Brian O'Keefe is at fault here. He's been the only person at the dealership who has acted professionally. We were told at the time that we signed the financing papers that the floor mat/mud guard package was all included in the price. I received a call today from someone in the Service Dept. demanding money for the floor mats? I had to AGAIN explan this long story (fiasco) to him. Told him what I've said before, you can come get the floor mats and mud guards...I'm not paying for them as they were supposed to be included in the financing pkg. I have spent hours upon hours dealing with this and don't have time for this. This whole fiasco gets posted on both Facebook and Edmunds.com tomorrow. Also, someone from GMC called me today regarding a survey; left me a voice mail. I will be calling them back tomorrow to fill them in on the "Gates Way"

In regards to the comment on posting everything to all medias... if i cant change this i understand what you plan on doing but i think its clear we all have been getting in touch with you i think at this point your upset i can see why but now at this point we cant change what has happened you have are participation but if you are looking for us to pay a bill you created i think its not fair on our end so do as you need to and post but also plan on paying the bill you owe... thank you and enjoy the weekend

We were coerced into signing a contract without the vehicle even being available to fully inspect and pick up; I suspect that is illegal and I will take that up with my attorney. We were called and told the vehicle was ready to pick up like 4 times, only to be told that it "wasn't ready yet". Erica told me that the mud guards and mats were included on the fiancing contract; why is this error my fault? And yes, Brian has called my wife---the one person who's really not even involved with this whole mess and cannot assist in any way. Brian has nothing to do with this, though I suspect being the person that you are, you will blame him. Also,Nick in Financing STILL has not gotten in touch with me. I will be calling TD Bank today and GMC since I'm being ignored on this. I am tired of being run around like a fool. You can come get the mud flaps and mats at any time.
