Gates GMC Nissan by far has been the most pleasant buying experience I have had in my lifetime. We have bought more than 15 cars over the years. Their number 1 and there sister dealership, Columbia Ford, bei experience I have had in my lifetime. We have bought more than 15 cars over the years. Their number 1 and there sister dealership, Columbia Ford, being number 2. Everybody and everything was perfect. Professional, nice, intelligent salespeople and managers. No pressure and no slick or underhanded moves. The owner himself was involved and he made things happen. A pleasure to deal with. The facility is spotless.(as is Columbia Ford too) Speaking of which, their car wash next door is worth the trip. No other car wash makes my car look so good as this one. You can eat off the floor in their garage. Not one tool left out at the end of the day. Everything freshly painted. Neat and orderly. Paperwork, files, everything neat and in its proper place. And I notice everything. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't friendly and courteous. It's refreshing to see old fashioned work & business ethics. Very poor customer service in the service department. Was basically told to pound sand and see another dealer after my truck was in for a week only to leave with both same problems if arrived for. And to top off my frustration, service manager hung up phone on me after not being able to tell me what was done.Guess its hard to find a service department who has techs who do not guess on repairs. Factory trained technicians haha keep guessing guys. Nothing against the dealership it self just big problems with service department. More
