Knowing the ins and outs of the Sierra's, he went through all the options in detail with those on the lot, so I knew what to expect when the right truck was found. Ralph is very much concerned with making the entire process as relaxed as possible. He wants nothing more for the customer drive/sit/and play with the gadgets in the vehicle your considering. What made the biggest impression on me, was the opportunity and suggestion of Ralph to "sign-out" the vehicle for a uninfluenced test ride! Made all the difference in the end. The pair demonstrated the lengths they would go to to address my concerns. GMC regional and internal service department resources were brought to bear until I had a full understanding of the facts surrounding the absence of "Jack" cover. It wasn't easy but the three of us worked through the issue without losing our cool. While disappointed that GMC has removed the "Jack" cover box on the Sierra reg cabs, I am impressed with the time and effort Thomas and Eric spent with me to address my issue! More
