It was an amazing experience to be at a car dealer and not feel pressured or feel like I was getting taken advantage of. It was also great to see the your sales people work so well together, I had started working with Tomas, but ended up finishing with Nate. He never once treated me like I was anything less than 100% his customer. You don't see that much today in a competitive sales industry. The reason why 5's weren't given across the board is because I felt that I was given false hopes. I went in saying off the bat I could afford a certain monthly payment. I was shown the new 2013 Rouges, test drove and fell in love with this vehicel. When numbers were ran, this vehicel was way outside of my capability and it was a huge let down. Chad has done this to be prior with the 2013 Altima. The saving grace to this relationship was the tall ball headed man (sorry I forget his name) who was crunching numbers for me, worked my numbers backwards to find what price range I could use to find a vehical that worked for my payment capabilities. Once we knew the price range that worked, we were able to look into the used cars and find a vehical that met my needs. I am happy with the vehical I was able to get and in the end you were able to work with my needs as well as yours to find a compatable agreement. More
