I was so impressed by the professionalism and the respectfulness of the sales force. These gentlemen met my needs far beyond my expectations of getting me in a car. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Tyler Magnon and Nick Truax were both highly professional and very pleasant. Based on the experience I had with these two I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Eric Gates on the other hand made me feel more like just another sale rather than a person whom they wish to keep there. He tried to (for lack of a better word) swindle me and least once lied straight to my face (I say at least once because I only caught one time), and when I called him on it he made up some excuse to try and cover his tracks. I am a firm believer in not letting one bad person ruin my opinion of a business and after dealing with Eric, I gave them one more chance. Tyler and Nick more than made up for the sour taste I had and I would go back here. More
