To revert upon my earlier comments, the car that I took had a transmission issue from the very first week itself and when contacted the dealers, I was asked to bring the vehicle for inspection. After the inspection the Service department told me to pay $100 for inspection and $160 for that part which as per them they sold me with 'no' guarantee (AS IS), with in 1 month and 700 miles, I took the car from them. When I escalated to the service manager they drop off the $100 for inspection in the funny name called 'courtesy'. The sales person (Kris Cote) and department, who issued me the car was very incorporative to this matter and was in a logic that they cannot guarantee after the sales. I paid $160 and get it repaired. They told everything is fixed and thereafter there will be no issues in transmission. Then the very next day that same issue came across and i again contacted them. Again asked me to get the vehicle over there. I was asked to pay $ 110 for replacing another defect part. Again I had to go to the service manager. At least this time, they did it right and done all fixes correctly, it seems (after one week from that there is no issues till day), without charging me. Now I think I made a grave mistake going with the Gates GMC. I really felt the attitude of the sales department as a ‘sheep in disguise’. Take a little precaution dealing business unless they give some guarantee for the product.

You had said repeatedly you were coming in to pick up the car and for five weeks kept pushing it off, finally telling us it was not going to work.
