Needless to say, it had been a very long day, full of nothing but headaches as I was bounced around by different financial institutions and their phone-trees. I was very tired and just wanted to go home, but Chris offered to meet with me, so I made the quick detour. As usual, everyone at the dealership was very nice; I got a bottle of [much-needed] water as i walked in. Chris was very calm and understanding. He made the phone calls for me, and resolved the entire situation. He printed out specific details for me, as well. With a short road test, we both knew that this was the car that made the most sense for me, and checked all my "wants". Ralph took all the necessary steps to get this ready for delivery the next day, and when it was ready to go, he made sure I was set to go, with the promise that he would continue to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
