I bought my Nissan Titan from Gates a little more than a year ago. Martin was the sales associate who led me through a painless experience for the purchase. Nick went above and beyond for me. Told him I always wanted a big bow on my new car and he made sure I got one. This was the absolute easiest car sale transaction I have ever experienced in my life! Most of the paperwork was done over the phone with Eric who was extremely professional and helpful. They even sent someone (Mateus) to pick me up and bring me there! I cannot say enough about Mateus and his truly genuine personality and friendliness. He should most definitely be considered an indispensable asset to this company/dealership. From Eric to Mateus to the service department and the gentleman that I signed all the documents with (I’m sorry but I don’t remember his name), it was a hassle-free, highly organized and pleasant experience.
