This is the most unorganized dealership I have ever been to in my life! I delt with 2 different sales guys and they acted like they could care less if they sold a car or not. Then I delt with Sam Blumberg and he is a complete jerk. He acts and thinks he is better than anyone around- I was told 10 days ago that he would call me back in 10 -15 minutes and I am just now receiving a phone call after I left a message with his manager this morning expressing my concerns. I was in the dealership a couple of weeks ago and was told one price and one down payment and today I'm being told another sales price, a $4000 higher down payment and being told that my SUV is only worth $3,000 because the manager in the service department told me he did not feel like my suv was a good car but then told me he was not a mechanic and I could bring my car up there and they would look at it again to see if they could appraise it for a higher value. I do not feel like they want to help people out and are there to sell cars. I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership even if they were the last dealership around! Horrible customer service and they love to lie! More
I worked with Sam Blumberg last year on the purchase of a 2010 Nissan Frontier. Due to personal circumstances, I wanted to get rid of the truck and drive something that was more to my liking and better on ga 2010 Nissan Frontier. I try to do most research online because I strongly dislike car dealerships. I would rather purchase closer to me in Charlotte, but South Charlotte and East Charlotte Nissan both have great sales people and somewhat crooked managers. Jaja was very informative once I told him I did not understand that little chart they make and needed to see line item numbers and KNOW specifically what is being referred to. He was very patient and did not get bent out of shape like they did at South Charlotte Nissan when then had a $1700 extended maintenance contract in my buyer's offer which I specifically asked them to remove and the guy lied about it prompting me to walk out. The finance guy, Mr. Kim beat the rate I had because my credit is currently maxed out due to a personal issue. I was pre-approved, but not for the entire amount I would need. After I declined the first offer for my truck I was given a better offer as I already had positive equity. I would definately buy from them again. More

This dealership is a joke. Told me to come in and theyll get everything straight. came in with 5500 down and wanted to sell me some junk. I know where me or my fiance business will never go. I likes a truck that was on the lot but could not get them to sell it to me. I was told they would be able to get me in a truck regardless of my past credit history. That was a lie. Wasted 2hrs of my time for nothing. More

I called about a discount they advertised. They said the discount would be applied to my purchase. With my $4000 down payment and their $4000 discount, the amount financed would be $13,000.00 dollars on a $ discount would be applied to my purchase. With my $4000 down payment and their $4000 discount, the amount financed would be $13,000.00 dollars on a $20,000.00 SUV, payment would be $389.00 for 60 months. Interest rate 5.9%. total amount paid would be $23,340 thousand dollars. Total interest paid would be $10,340.00 thousand dollars . How can a person pay $10,340.00 dollars interest on a $13.000.00 dollar loan for 60 months with a interest rate of 5.9%. The sales manager said all of this information was correct and that I should sigh the sale papers now and drive away in my new SUV. Auto sales people are liars. They will advertise an automobile that they do not have on their lot and then try to get to buy another vehicle at sticker price. What they do to sale a car should be illegal. All they do is lie and they think all customers are stupid. More

This is the third Nissan I have purchased from this dealership, that in itself tells you everything. Keith Lattimore went above and beyond call duty to put a GREAT deal together for me. I purchased a new car, lifetime warranty and payments were less that my payments were on my 2009 Altima. Even after I signed all paperwork they came back with a better interest rate which was wonderful to know that they insured I got the very best deal out there. Thanks for everything. I went in to look at a used Rouge. Keith told me a new car was the way to go to get the payments I wanted. He even put up with my in decisiveness on the purchase. I might just get an Altima instead! More
