Great experience with purchasing a gently used 2013 Altima from this dealership. They were courteous and well priced. The car was in excellent condition and they provided excellent service. They automatically provide a lifetime warranty (if you purchase a low mileage vehicle) on drive-train and even on other stuff not included usually on drive-train warranties such as fuel/oil/water pump. The oil changes are every 3,750 instead of extended intervals with other manufactures, but.... they are only $19 at the dealership with a free car wash and loaner car. So my wife can go shop when she's getting an oil change, she'll probably not avoid them now. ;) Thanks for the excellent car buying experience, I only wish I had purchased my truck through them, I pain somewhere between 3 and 4 thousand for the bumper to bumper warranty they threw in for free because I had to wait on a financial guy to sign the papers. They also included a "perma plate" deal (I think that's what its called), it coats and protects the interior and exterior and warranties the product. If you can't get a stain out they'll replace it. We just leased a Nissan Sentra today at Gastonia Nissan. Mark Grant was our salesperson. He also helped us to get the best possible deal once we knew which car we wanted. He had a lot of knowledge about the different models which was refreshing since we had been to other Nissan dealers prior to this that had sales help who knew nothing about what they were selling. Mark took his time doing all of our paperwork and made sure our car was detailed to perfection. Before we left he took his time to go over all the mechanics of our car. I had a great experience at Gastonia Nissan. Our salesman Mark Grant was very professional and knowledgable. We shopped around at other dealers and got a few numbers and I wasn't happy with the pricing or the professionalism of the other dealers. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted on the lot that day but they told me to give them one day and they would find the exact Nissan that I wanted. The next day Mark had the Nissan ready and detailed. Gastonia was able to find the vehicle we wanted for MUCH less than other dealers (S. Charlotte Nissan, Harrelson, E. Charlotte Nissan). Didn't mean to single anyone out. Mark told me that he cold beat the other dealers prices but I was surprised at how much he could beat their prices by. Overall Gastonia Nissan was the better dealer to do business with. Thank You Gastonia Nissan! More
Mark did an excellent job dealing with my fiance. His largest feat was convincing my fiance to take a test drive. She's not the easiest to deal with and she'd had a run of bad luck lately. She totaled her last car and was really nervous about taking the test drive. I didn't think she'd do it but Mark was a man with a plan. Kind of tricked her into it. As far as finding a car in our price range, Mark did an excellent job showing us what was within our price range. It was also a feat considering she didn't like anything, but when she got behind the wheel..... Mark was patient and allowed me to check my insurance information and didn't push us into anything. I highly recommend Gastonia Nissan and even more so, Mark Grant. More

Customer service was great. Before going to any dealership, we researched new cars for months. When we started visiting dealerships just to look at cars, every dealership we went to, except Gaston dealership, we researched new cars for months. When we started visiting dealerships just to look at cars, every dealership we went to, except Gastonia Nissan, pressed to make a sale that day even after we stated we were just looking. Most, but not all, salesmen's demeanor changed after they realized that, indeed, we were not buying that day...but not at Gastonia Nissan. We were introduced to Mark when he called to follow up on a promotional offer we had participated in. He didn't pressure us to return, but answered the questions we had. He continued to be available to answer our questions over the phone, by emails, and at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were inquiring about. And if he didn't know the answers, he would find the answer. When we were finally ready to purchase a vehicle, we told Mark what we were looking for...which wasn't on their lot. He and the sales manager, Richard, worked diligently to find our car in a day. Considering the research we did before buying the car, we believe we got a good deal on our purchase and a good deal on our trade in. When we started talking numbers, Mark carefully explained all the figures..it all checked out on my calculator. And when we went to sign the papers, there weren't any big surprises. And the customer service didn't end when the papers were signed. Before leaving, he went through a long list of items to show me on the car. We carefully looked over the vehicle before pulling off the lot. I could name many other things Mark did that were helpful. Also, this dealership offers a lifetime limited powertrain warranty at no extra cost (and it wasn't hidden somewhere in the cost of the vehicle or finance fees). We do not anticipate looking for another vehicle anytime in the near future, but would definitely recommend this dealership, specifically Mark Grant. More
