We always bring our truck and car to this dealer for service. I love the fact that if I see Jay out when I am shopping he always speaks to me and remembers my little man as well. He has been my "Service service. I love the fact that if I see Jay out when I am shopping he always speaks to me and remembers my little man as well. He has been my "Service Guy" since we purchased both of our vehicles and this will not be changing as long as he works for this dealer. He always explains everything to us and all the options that we have as well as pricing. I have never had a problem with telling others that if they need service to go here. I know that they will be as well taken care of as we have been. I plan to keep my car for a long time, my youngest son is almost 4 years old, and hopefully he will be able to drive my charger when he is able to drive because I know that the service on it has been great and that it will be as dependable then as it is now. I called with an emergency and they told me to come right in, very convienient and got me in and out the same day on a saturday and with a great price too. i will be returning for service even though I live in, very convienient and got me in and out the same day on a saturday and with a great price too. i will be returning for service even though I live in North Charlotte.
