Jay Rappaport in the Service department ALWAYS provides great customer service. When I leave my car with him, I know it is in good hands. He cares about my experience and wants to make sure I drive away ha great customer service. When I leave my car with him, I know it is in good hands. In addition, he does not try to sell me or push me into completing repairs that are not needed at the time, but maybe in the future. I trust him and that is hard to say in the automotive service industry. I recently left my car to get detailed, but there was some confusion and the detailing did not meet my expectations; however, Jay and Rebecca both went above. Both communicated their apologies & their desire & personal assurance that the detailing would be done to my satisfaction. It is my understanding, Rebecca is part of a new customer relations department and I must say, you picked the right woman for the job. She was very nice to deal with and provided great customer service. I truly wish more companies had people like Jay and Rebecca who care about their customers working for them. More
We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have had them exclusively maintain the vehicles for nine years. We travel extensively in our vehichles, as evidenced in the odometer readings, and the assurance that our vehicles are held to the highest safety and maintenance standards makes this Service Department immeasurably valuable. The front desk staff has never, ever been anything less than friendly, professional and attentive, and our occasional interactions with the technicians and mechanics have always been likewise. We appreciate the opportunity to share our rave review of these employees and hope to continue to work with such a fine cadre of individuals for as long as we are buying and driving cars. More
Wed. 7/3/13 This was for warranty work. Dropped truck off in the morning, hadn't heard back by 3:15 so called and left msg. for Keith. No response. Called again over an hour later, Keith too busy to ta off in the morning, hadn't heard back by 3:15 so called and left msg. for Keith. No response. Called again over an hour later, Keith too busy to talk. Needing truck for the holiday, picked it up after 4:30. Keith had a long list of items that "needed to be taken care of", many of which were not necessary. Fri. 7/5/13 Keith called just after 10:00 to say we had to bring the truck in immediately for the warranty guy to take a look at it. Had to drop all birthday plans. When asked how long it would take, Keith said warranty guy not there, would have to call to make an appointment...left me furious! Keith finally offered a loaner car. Upon picking up truck in the afternoon, Keith said he would call later that day when he received approval and a loaner would be issued when bringing truck back for repairs. Mon. 7/8/13 Late afternoon, finally received call. Tues. 7/9/13 Dropped truck off. Had to ask for loaner, Keith acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. Loaner was supposed to be back at end of day because it was promised to someone else for next day. Did not hear from Keith to say truck was ready, called in afternoon and left msg. No response. Called back in the evening, Keith said he was with a customer and couldn't talk, just bring back the loaner and he'd try to have the truck ready. Didn't want to take the chance on being left without transportation and had plans within the hour so Keith said keep the loaner. 'Hope the guy it was promised to wasn't too upset. Wed. 7/0/13 Keith called mid-morning and left msg. to bring his loaner car back right away. We live way out in the country and had to make three trips to get service. Keith consistently lied to us and couldn't remember what he'd told us. He wouldn't return calls or keep us reasonably informed, demanded we immediately bring in truck for warranty inspection when no inspection was scheduled and didn't let us know when repairs were completed. All in all, this was a very bad experience. It is extremely unlikely that we will ever be back to this dealership and will not recommend them to others. More
My husband and I brought our convertible in for a recall repair. Keith was very courteous and friendly from the moment we walked in. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in because I had a code P1281 come up after a radiator was replaced (under warranty) at Sears Gastonia. Its a long story but suffice to say my car will never go anywhere else but come up after a radiator was replaced (under warranty) at Sears Gastonia. Its a long story but suffice to say my car will never go anywhere else but to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I refused to go back to Sears for them to correct anything else. The manager there was very rude and condecending. Ifeel he took full advantage of me being a female on my own. That was not the case with Jay or any of the men that i spoke to at your service department. They were very understanding, respectful and informative. Jay went out of his way to help me resolve this issue and explained all the issues with the repair. I trust i will get good service,and only the repairs i need and that those repairs will be completed and completed correctly. That is great peace of mind. A big thank you to your Service Department and especially to Jay Rappaport for his honesty and commitment to great service!! More

We always bring our truck and car to this dealer for service. I love the fact that if I see Jay out when I am shopping he always speaks to me and remembers my little man as well. He has been my "Service Guy" since we purchased both of our vehicles and this will not be changing as long as he works for this dealer. He always explains everything to us and all the options that we have as well as pricing. I have never had a problem with telling others that if they need service to go here. I know that they will be as well taken care of as we have been. I plan to keep my car for a long time, my youngest son is almost 4 years old, and hopefully he will be able to drive my charger when he is able to drive because I know that the service on it has been great and that it will be as dependable then as it is now.
